(3) Error interface screenshot: There may be situations where you need to proactively provide an error interface screenshot or take automatic screenshots to quickly and timely locate the cause of the error when it occurs. Please be aware that we only focus on information related to the cause of the error and will never disclose any data that may be covered by the screenshot to any third party.
(2) Purpose of data collection

2. Statistics on the usage of product terminal (designer&mobile) functions (including template creation time and alphafine function records).
3. Product terminal (designer&mobile) crash program error log.
4. Basic environment information of the server connected to the product terminal (designer&mobile), including product version, environment container type, JDK version, etc.
5. Statistics on the usage of product features (feature usage, template usage, etc.) on servers connected to product terminals (designers&mobile devices). The purpose of Tendata collecting this data is to understand how users use their products and services. Through this, Tendata can improve its services and better meet customer needs.
